I think this is Brinsley Schwarz's final studio album. It was recorded in 1974, but not released until 1988 and, more recently, in 2017. It has some covers and -esque songs (but not too imitative, really good, specially 'Give Me Back My Love'), and more ('We Can Mess Around', 'Cruel To Be Kind'). I think these two songs announce Nick Lowe's next music.
